The Problem

What I Built
Naija Estates is a demonstration of what a modern Nigerian property listing platform should look like — built to show real estate businesses exactly what's possible before they commission it.
The Hard Problems I Solved:

Each property has an enquiry form that routes directly to the agent. No WhatsApp number hunting, no back-and-forth — a buyer expresses interest and the agent has a qualified lead with context.
Mobile-first layout
The majority of Nigerian property searches happen on mobile. Every element of the site — filters, listing cards, photo galleries, forms — is built for a phone screen first.
